About the park
Family Farm Fun Park is a visiting farm which opened in 1993, setting up an exciting experience park with animals.
Here, in the park, we want to give visitors a fun and different experience.
Instead of having many different kinds of animals in cages and enclosures, where you just look and walk past, in Family Farm we focus on providing our guests closer and fun interaction with domestic and child-friendly animals who would like to be fed, stroked, and played with.
Even though the animals are the main attraction of the park, we have also built a playground with several outdoor and indoor playgrounds and made many activity opportunities for children and adults as well as great facilities for dining, fun and relaxation.
So do not expect a large zoo with many kinds of animals, or an amusement park in the ordinary sense - but a really nice smaller park on a farm with cute animals and good play opportunities for children and childish souls.
The park is run by an elderly couple without any public help or support.
Packed lunch is allowed to enjoy the many seating in the park where there are also barbecue facilities, otherwise we have a cozy cafe with fast food, refreshments, ice cream, candy, etc.
Each child receive a small free knapsack to feed the animals - and kids love it!
On the whole, there is our goal to make it COZY, FUN and DIFFERENT and we have focused on simplicity, intimacy and homemade, the uniqueness and the fun.
And for many families and institutions Family Farm Fun Park also a popular destination with several hours fly away by in the original, child-friendly atmosphere prevails on the spot.
We are very pleased to see people come again and again and we try to continue to improve the place and looking for exciting new products each year.
